How do I join the Program?

The program is FREE and you are automatically enrolled when you create an account on our website. The points earned on each order will show up at the bottom of each order. You can also see how many points you have in total by logging into your account and going to Reward History.

How do I Earn Points?

For each $1 you spend you get 1 point. So for each 100 pts. you earn, you get $1.00 to put towards your purchase. Keep in mind the more points you accrue, the bigger your discount will be so save them up and used them on something good!

How can I earn more points?

If you give us a testimonial or product review on each product you have purchased in the past three months you will receive a point bonus of 30 pts. Just submit your review or testimonial then contact us at info@goodhairmart.com and your points will be added to your account.

How do I receive & redeem the points I have earned?

At anytime you would like to redeem your points towards a purchase you may do so by logging into your account and scrolling down to the "My Rewards" Section and clicking on "Redeem", there you will see Rewards Certificates all worth a different amount of points. Click the word "Redeem" under the certificate you want to get with your points and your certificate code will be sent to you via email. Each Reward Certificate is worth a certain amount of money, so if you use your points to get a 300 points certificate it will be worth $3.00. Then you can use that Rewards Certificate on your next order to get $3.00 off the order.

Your Reward Points cannot be used towards the purchase of Gift Certificates and must be used to pay for actual products.
