Returns
Policy
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to take returns or
exchanges on opened or used products. If you return an open product a
restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund or the package
will be sent back to you at your expense. This will be left to our
discretion. If there is a
problem with your order when you get it please do not open the products,
contact us immediately and we will correct the issue right away. You
may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a
full refund less shipping & handling. We'll also pay the return
shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an
incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving
your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will
receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit
time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business
days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it
(3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our
refund request (5 to 10 business days).

describing your problem and we will send you return
instructions and a label. All returns must be authorized first by
email. Any order or product that is returned without prior
authorization will be chargd a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted
from your refund. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once
we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping Info & Policy
All packages are shipped via USPS Priority with Insurance
or USPS Express w/ Insurance. Insurance is added by default to your
shipping fee and is not optional. FedEx will be
added as a later date. Most orders will ship out within 1 business day
after your order is placed. USPS Priority is not a guaranteed shipping
method, which means US Postal Service states that most packages will
arrive within the 2-3 day time frame but it is not guaranteed.
Currently we only ship to
the United States (including outer lying islands), Canada, & the
United Kingdom. If you are not within the continental US when you place
an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on
the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates
may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are
weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail
page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all
weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. If you are in Canada
or the United Kingdom, any duty or taxes you incur from the delivary
of your order is totally your responsibility. |
