2 Credit card details
Credit card information taken at
the time of a sale will only be used to charge your account for the
total of the transaction including shipping. Credit card numbers are
not stored or kept on our server and are discarded after the transaction
has been completed unless you enable this feature in your account
settings. Your credit card information will not be used for any other
purpose.

9 Severance
If any of these Terms and
Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable
for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term
or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions
shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be
binding and enforceable.
10 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall
be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of USA and you
hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the USA courts.
11 Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to take returns or
exchanges on opened or used products. If you return an open product a
restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund or the package
will be sent back to you at your expense. This will be left to our
discretion. If there is a
problem with your order when you get it please do not open the products,
contact us immediately and we will correct the issue right away. You
may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a
full refund less shipping & handling. We'll also pay the return
shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an
incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving
your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will
receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit
time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business
days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it
(3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our
refund request (5 to 10 business days).

describing your problem and we will send you return
instructions and a label. All returns must be authorized first by
email. Any order or product that is returned without prior
authorization will be charged a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted
from your refund. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once
we've received and processed the returned item.
12 Shipping
Currently we only ship to the United States (including outer lying
islands), Canada, & the United Kingdom. If you are not within the
continental US when you place an order, we will estimate shipping and
delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the
shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you
choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are
weight-based and include insurance. To reflect the policies of the
shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next
full pound. If you are outside of the US, any duty or
taxes you incur from the delivery of your order is totally your
responsibility.
